video (which shows it)
http://tinypic.com/player.php?v=24m5hyx&s=3 the XR is just really struggling, foot to the floor produces almost "limp home mode" acceleration. sometimes the tranmission kicks in straight away, sometimes (as seen on video when turning) it doesnt move until 2500rpm ive made sure the tranny fluid is topped up, but there might be air in the system apart from the transmission, could there be anything else affecting the acceleration? the engine is running very smooth, (well once warmed up, rev hunts when cold) |

ok ive topped up the tranny.. had to go back and forth for 10mins to get it through the system.
BUT im not making boost :S boost gauge is reading the NA form (-ve on idle, and 0psi in manifold on high revs) so its driving just like its NA (in acceleration), but a very dull/falt/sluggish midrange, and then revving high to 5800rpm with big wheel chirps. im waiting for the car to cool down, but i suspect the silicon line i have from turbo to wastegate, might have a cut in it or something. so that could be the reason for the lack of boost |
