Is there a plug in loom for an EF wagon to do the trailer lights? I had a look but I can't seem to find a spare plug anywhere (looked behind lights).

Most importantly, if there is a standard loom where can I buy one? Preferably before Friday!!

Cheers
Andrew

The plug gets a mention in w/s manuals as being fitted to Ghia, Failrlane and LTD and for around $ 65-90 from Ford for the wiring [so I've heard] harness they're very rare.
I've never seen one, but I've never owned any of the above models. My wifes 'Mont is supposed to have a factory tow pack as is my GLI but both tow plugs are wired into the rear loom, not into a plug. They have the factory trans oil cooler and bar but not plug, must have been too dear even for Ford.
The only standard loom I know of is the ADR pinouts wiring and trailer plug kits available at any parts outlet. Pick what size plug you want, what length of cable, follow the colour coding and start splicing.
Remove the side covers inside the rear of your wagon and also look behind your rear b/bar near the tow bar cut out, these are the only places I can think of that Ford may have located a plug. They also provide a choice of locations to access the rear wiring loon.
