i'm not sure if this will work its my first time doing this kinda thing. anyway, i have an ea fairmont ghia with multipoint injection, manual box, limited slip diff. i recently bought an EL XR6 that had been hit in the rear quarter so i could scrap it down for the engine gearbox different diff gears and so on and im halfway through at the moment i was wondering if anyone had swapped the dash in an el- ef into an ea - ed before and if there was anything i should know about. im planning to just take the whole wiring loom out and do a switcheroo with the lot but i havent done anything like this before and i think it will take me a while... the engine and gearbox is the easy bit :D any help would be appreciated

search for the RMYERS NWOLB EA build thread, or jump on www.boostedfalcon.net and look for the RMYERS thread on there

I am pretty sure you can hang on to your standard loom if the ECU connector fits, the remainder of the sensors are the same. The difference is in the manifold switcher and the fans.
