I'm not familiar with Ultima shocks, but I think Selby is owned by Whiteline who is now owned by Nolathane - if so they'd be a decent brand. Have you researched the brands using Google?

I've got Ultima Low Shocks on my EA and the ride is quite comfortable with King Low springs. The damping is good compared to the Monroes I used to have. If the coil height is matched to the shocker it should ride OK.

I'll vouch for the Selby springs, got em in my XR8 with KYB gas-a-just shocks. Whole thing sits nicely low n level.
Still only the standard swaybar but it handles like it's on rails yet doesn't rattle your teeth out on the corrugated back roads we've got around here.

We did a mates Ef fairmont with this kit before he sold it to a young fella, felt very saggy, the lows made it sit like superlows, looked great, but compared with what I had in at the time in my EF (kings lows and good standard munroe shocks) it was quite s**t to be honest.
Just my 2 cents, but if you are gonna upgrade suspension, dont forget the swaybars, it makes a hell of a diffrence. |

i have king springs cause i got them second hand cheap but my mates have dobinsons and they ride better plus you can get them pretty cheap on ebay.
I haven't been in a car with boge shocks/struts but have only read good things about them.
