i just replaced my ed head with a el head as i did a headgasket and i had to loosen a bolt on the right hand side of the block to get the timing chain over the cog now i cant tighten the timing chain?
what have i f@cked or how do i fix it its a circle with a smaller nut inside and a little prong stickin out is this what you use to tension it? if so i guess i dislodged something how do i fix? thanks for any help

its running sweet....... it defintely pays to remove the tensioner and lock it up in your hand then and refit it and release it
very important to have the tubing around the allen key as large as the retainer housing as the cam sleeve you gotta push on, barely shows just remove the power steering pump and bracket and pull the tensioner out, youll see what i mean PIC SHOWING SIZE OF RETAINER HOLE, SLEEVE BARELY SHOWS |
