As the title asks, whats the best place to install the tweeters from front splits in an AU XR8?

In the A-Pillar, goto Ford and buy these parts:

ER F03512 / ER F03513

Should cost about $20 ea.

Thanks for the part number, my parents au has the stock tweeters in there.

Is that the best location? Wouldnt they be firing at eachother and not towards where you want them to be going?

The system is worth a fortune and dont want to wreck the sound stage by placing them incorrectly.

If you can angle them, out towards the cabin, and it would be better. Some tweeters, come with a little holder, which is easier to fire them in the direction you want.

just spoke to a stereo install place and he said mount them beside the mid in the door behine the mesh.
said it sounds just as good next to the mid driver.

sounds like a good idea as long as it wouldnt sound s**t down there right nest to the other speaker
