is this possible the installation of the long range fuel tanks form the out back to the xh xr6 ute,
just curios to know if it can fit easy or mods, seeing as i cant find technical documents of both cars nor one of them lol cheers

would have thought you'd take yours out and use the whole setup, i would think the wiring is all the same.

You'd need to add the wiring to switch between tanks, the shutoff solenoids for each tank, a pump and sender for the auxilliary tank - which is smaller than the main tank 58L, main 68L.
If ABS is not fitted, there are 4 wires from that area back to the dash which you could use. The tanks fill by gravity feed between main and auxilliary, so IIRC, the std main tank has a mod for a pipe on the aux tank side. So essentially, a complete outback setup would be the easiest way - it will all fit in the cavity, only problem is sourcing a setup, as I'd think they'd be scarce.
