usually idicates there is a problem somwhere

hence why the light turns on....

could be a dirty sensor on any of the 4 wheels

id be pulling each wheel off 1 by one and then cleanign the sensor ( it is a magnet, and brake/rotor material can get stuck on it )

do all 4 sensors and reset ecu, then see if light stays on

if it does then ummm i have no idea!

As Frank said, give them a clean, if that doesnt fix it, Replacement is the way to go.

the abs light is on because there is a problem whithin the abs system. could be dirty a dirty sensor, busted wire, or a stuffed module etc etc. dont go spending money chasing things that you might think will be the problem do a self test on the abs system and that will tell you where the problem lies.

i had this same problem with the ed the abs light would constantly be on i pulled all four wheels off and cleaned the sensors coz that was the easiest thing to start with.

this didnt work so i done the self test and it told me the abs pump was faulty :s

dont go blowing cash chasing your tail
