Do you know what the model number is of that Wade camshaft? I'm very interested in it. I have a Wade cam sitting here for an NA automatic I6 (1636) which I'd be interested in trading if your after a performance NA cam to replace it with?

Well if you don't upgrade your petrol system and try to run it on petrol you'll have big issues. As for LPG, there's no reason you can't run on LPG - but again you'll need to upgrade the LPG system to match it. |

{USERNAME} wrote: so its off a el 6? can you find out if it will fit a Au6 cyl? i had a look on the capa website and the bracket looks different i think
I have the capa powerdyne kit for an AU installed on an EF motor. I hadto install an AU aircon compressor + a few spacers to install the AU bracket (part of the bracket is ancored to the aircon compressor). I'd imagine you'd have similar issues when going visa versa |

Hey im told this will fit any EF-EL no problems, but the kit is designed for EB's to AU's, just different brackets are needed.
Pics and mov's coming later tonight

Yeah i think direct injection might be needed, else a larger mixer and all setup by an lpg fitter who knows his boost.
This kit will fit any EF-EL with absolutely no mods, just bold her up, fit the belt (included), fuel pump and fmu (both included and FMU is a simple plug in). Everything, including a new pod is included with the sale, dont forget the water injection, which kicks in at 3psi boost and stops pinging and adds the slightest increase in power! Keeps your engine very clean too, at 160,000km's my cylinder compression is between 148-152 which is near new! (If that has anything to do with it)
