Hey guys i cant remember if i have asked this or not, i cant find a post where i have so ill just ask now. I have an ED manual which has been sitting for a while, it used to run perfect but now when i start it it runs like absolute s**t! ive had a bit of trouble with blocked injectors and am thinking this is the case again. It doesnt sound like ive done any engine damage BUT the front pipe of the extractors is not hot... it sounds like its only running on a couple of cylinders. When you pump the accelerator it f@rt around and s**t itself and stutters and doesnt raise in RPM... any help for some diagnosis?

Put some injector cleaner in it and take it for a long drive, about 100 or so K's.

try putting in another set of plugs in it if have a spare set ,

cant take for a drive as it is unregistered, im trying to get it ready to be registered. i have put new leads and sparkplugs in. i have a whole other 4liter sitting there if i get stuck but do u think it could hurt if i change the injector rails and injectors around?

check the hose going to the map sensor on the firewall

what about the fuel pump they can go to s**t if left sitting

i cant take a pic so, its a black plastic box on the passenger side of the firewall, 70x50mm with a 3 pin plug and a vacuum hose that runs to the inlet manifold.

basicly, any leaks in the hose or inlet manifold will make the engine run like s**t.
