No.

The module is just the start.

You need/to do:
Remove Dash (complete)
Blend door motor (on heaterbox)
Vacuum Pack
Fan Speed Regulator
Sunload Sensor (on dash panel)
Ambient Temp Sensor (on bumper bar)

then theres Wiring, Easier to replace the Dash wiring with a Fairmont.
IF so. then you need the following:
Light Switch
Body Electrics Module
Removal of resistor in Instrument Cluster
and a lot of tinkering.

Its do-able and can be done in a day.

Have a read of this:
http://www.fordmods.com/forums/documents.php?doc=8

Theres a few threads around of people doing it,... search is your friend.

and No, you DO NOT need to remove the heater box to add the blend door motor.

I hope you got your answer
(no $50 eBay climate control module on its own will work)

I have a couple for sale on here if your interested, but it's far from a plug and play ordeal.
Maybe you should try searching around first next time, the technical documents themselves are a wealth of infomation. most if not all your answers.
