get a wheel alignment.

Any front suspension rework will alter the alignment.

Every car is unique new bushes / tie rods etc WILL have an affect.

Even if you mark them and use a broom handle for a aussie alignment

Maybe the old worn bushes was absorbing the shaking and vibration from poor wheel alignment and wheel balance. You have in a way changed the castor when u changed the radius rod bushes so yeah as above get a wheel alignment.
