I have a 90 ghia, I'm doing the whole thing..

ripping out diff, tranny and motor, and putting in EL motor, 5 spd and diff from XR and when all that is done, I'm putting a supercharger on it...

nuff said.. :-)

Welcome to Fordmods. People might say, sell it and get a new one, or get a 4 speed with a quickshift and a EA 4 speed ECU to go with it.

Though if you can get yourself a full T5 conversion, then I'd say go for that.

A T5 conversion is easy, but tedious...really tedious for the first time. If you have the right tools it shouldn't take more then a weekend, unless you didn't buy the parts already needed for the conversion.

phong =P~

If all you want is a bit of a boost, just go the extractors and exhaust and a decent air filter.

If you want more, add a cam..

depends how far you want to go.. I love the EA-ED falcons.. prefer them looks wise to the EF/EL... mostly because of the rear end..... go for it...
