Its not my ford its my mercedes. But i figure a tranny's a tranny.

I was with my mates and we pulled into the shops and came back out.

When i was parking at the shops for some reason the shifter didnt want to move to P so i had to move it back n forth before it finally physically let me move the stick to P.

When i started it and went to back out it would engage reverse, it will stay in the R position but idle like its in neutral and when i take my foot off the brake it will move forward as if it is in neutral.

No other gear except 1st works.

Any ideas? what the f**k going on!
