The actual cause to hesitation on cold starts was the IAC sensor (intake air temp sensor) but may have been fowled up with petrol due to excessive retarded ignition timing which is also now fixed. The coolant temp sensor is all good.

Just wondering if you guys can shed any light on how you managed to do it. THanks |

Temperature change! I've notice the beast blowing black smoke straight after start & go. running rich until it warms up & clear all that unburnt black silt from the sensor.
Most of the guys here would recall time after time the same topic would arise on every seasonal change. cold & hot! LOL back on topic. its worth while changing it. they say it'll only last long as the day they were installed. one thing you could do is leave it in vinegar, supposedly it recharge the Resistance properties as I recall. could be wrong though.
