My head unit its stuffed i believe
when i enter a cd into it it's very resistful and will go in til about 2cms of the CD sticking out.
the player doesnt try to take the cd or anything.
the radio works fine.

If Ford genuine - which model car ?

If AU then there are a bunch of threads on that unit - but it appears the best and permanent solution is to buy another unit (any other brand) as the AU stacker is notoriously bad.
