AU / BA wagons rear speakers are in the sides directly behind the back seats. I m pretty sure that they are either 4 or 4.5 inch.

I have replaced my rears in the BA wagon and the sound is still s**t. I have been contemplating getting some better speakers and running them off a small amp.

Maybe as you stated moving them to a different location would allow you to have bigger and better quality speakers.

I have an AU wagon, had a look and I think the stock ones in the front are 5x7inches, is that right? and is it the same for the back speakers?
