gday guys and gals
i am wanting to know how hard would it be to take out a head unit from a nc fairlane '92 im seling the car and dont want to throw away a $900 headunit all advice would be appreiciated. if it matters its a kenwood kdc-9020r cheers ![]()

well the technique i always found to work very easily was jam a large screwdriver down the side and just jimy it out, takes about ohh, 15 seconds
![]() well just remove the dash surrounds and unplug everything from the back, unscrew it and slide it out. i assume you got an older one to put back in? or selling it with no head unit?

thanx mate i think ill stick to option 2
