Hey guys,
Jumped in my car today to find the brake pedal was rock hard and there was very little brakes. Popped the bonnet and there is a decent size crack in the booster. I can get hold of a booster within the hour from repco for $210 (is this a good price?) but I am unsure of how to change it. i'm trying to do searches now, but if anyone can help me on how to change it out, thatd be a great help. something else, i'm not sure how the master cyl attaches to the booster, but is it possible to get the booster out and not need to bleed the brakes? cheers guys, Nic |

well, i rang my mechanic, and its all sorted.
in case anyone else needs to know: yes, you can take the master cyl off the brake booster without having to worry about bleeding the brakes, so long as you dont touch the brake lines |
