Is there any GOOD engineers in Sydney who look after the guys that dont have $Lots?
I want to do the job right (Kframe cut, AU Engine) however Im not a fan of working with arrogant engineers, and would love some early advice on if/to or not to. Nigel |

Nigel what car are you puting it in??? if its ea/ed you dont need a engineers certificate to modify that thin square tube infront of the sump as its not a load bearing part of the k frame!! but if its ef/el well thats a different story.. |

Spoke to Joe and he has some very good advice.
Just for interest however, Ive been watching the conversation on KFrame Mods Vs sump mods for a while. have any of you advocating Sump Mods actually wondered why ford sump wasnt curved like that in the first place? There has to be implications for the flow of oil under braking with that modification. The K-Frame Mod gets around that. Nigel |
