is it possible to make the indicators flash once on lock and twice on unlock, instead of the other way round.

I'm only guessing here, but I think that the blinker flash would be controlled by the BEM. The only way that I think you could get around that would be to install an aftermarket alarm, that happens to flash that way. You would have to use the alarm remote, not the ford one though. I have installed an autowatch brand alarm (Cheap South African crap). When I lock my EFr, I have one flash only (and the chirp). When I unlock it, I get 2 flashes, the chirps and then the blinkers will stay on (solid - not flashing) for 15 seconds.

it drives me nuts. my wifes car flashes twice to unlock, once to lock and mine flashes the opposite. So when i lock my car i sound like one of those crazy old people who talk to themselves, as i'm always seem to be mumbling "two flashes for lock, one for unlock"!! :?

I agree with you Pugsley...The other cars in my family, and I think all others I know, are 2 unlock, 1 lock.....confuses me too :P
