My shaggy old EB box needs some work

Synchros for sure, but I was also thinking of moving it to higher/closer ratio gear set in the later boxes, as for now first is too low and 5 is also too low.

Any guestimates on what i'd be looking for with that would be great. I would love to do it myself but I cant afford any down time with the car cos of work.

Gimmie a milk crate and a chair and I'll rebuild it on the coastline!, a bit sandy tho :/

Although, changing a*** in a i6 T5 would be a very costly project, in fact, I would say... its not worth even asking.

Oh really? I thaught the EA-EB a*** to the later ED>AU wasnt such a big deal, but perhaps not it seems.

Might be much cheaper to get a later good T5 and sell yours on to some one who wants to work on it?
