Hi, im looking for a chrome handbrake button for my ef fairmont

just wondering how to change the button cause i can get my hands on a button

Slide the boot off and unscew the button.

just pull it towards the dash.. the boot slipps off.. although it can be a stubborn bugger sometimes..

ok thanks, why is it called a boot, an u cant actually pull that over cuz its connected to the lower part that covers the mechanism of it all

not its not.. the leather part that covers the Hinging section seperates... the part that u grip and the leather part that covers the hinging mechanism have an "overlapp lipp that holds them together...

or just pull the leather bit out. its only velcroed to the floor
