bought a el factory five speed a couple of weeks ago i've put exhuast and stereo in it but its got a dirty big bull bar on it was wondering if anyone knows how to pull it off

If It's integrated with the bumper with the optional ford item, then you need a replacement bumper.
keep it and mount up the big spotties. |

Exactly. Dont think you'd be able to wangle one onto an EF without some major surgery. They look fkn tough on XGs though... |
