if im just lowering an 95 EF Fairmont 40mm should i get new shocks aswell?? or could i save the money ?

Get shocks you cheap bastard. :D

You don't have to get shocks for that height I don't think, you can probably get away with it but you'd be wearing them out a lot quicker and need to get new ones sooner anyway so just splash out and get it all done at once. :)
