hey guys im after a cheap wade 977b cam possibly wit everythin required to install it, i currently have a stage 3 crowcam with crow valve springs, so can i just swap cams or do i need need shims and springs?

You need 12 extra shims which is 1 extra in each rocker arm. Even though the 977b is mild compared to whats out there, i would at least use XR6 spec springs as a minimum as stock 12 year old springs wouldnt cut it.
Crow do an XR6 spring, rated at .600" lift for around $120, but you already have them so your fine |
