I've currently got a set of Pedders Superlow springs and short stroke shocks up front on my falcon.

I just got a new set of 18's and all of a sudden the front of my car look only slightly lower than standard height!

My question is, Can I lower the front about an extra 15-20mm without having to remove and replace/reset the front springs? Is there something that allows for minor adjustments on the shocker?

You could compress the spring a bit so it's no longer held captive in the strut, and then a little bit of chop chop.
But to answer your question, no.

hmm, i remember debating the height of those springs before, and someone mentioned the pedders shocks have a high spring seat making your superlows looking like tickford height

And yeh, I have had this debate with people before who will not believe that my springs are superlows. The thing that I don't understand is that my front suspension setup came already assembled. A matching Pedders superlow set!

If the spring seat is welded on you could carefully grind it off and reweld it lower, then from what you say it would equate to a normal shock. Otherwise i can't really think of a better (cheap) option than a spring chop. If you go this route keep in mind that:

- any change in the spring loaded height is magnified at the wheel
- cutting the spring makes it stiffer, and hence it compresses slightly less
- if you are thinking in terms of the free length the above effects will to some extent cancel each other out
- you can't make a spring longer again, although you may be able to use packers
- best not to use oxy to cut because heat affects the temper
- cut the bottom because it will still sit properly in the spring seat
- make an assessment of the pre-tension to ensure you don't overcut and end up with the spring flopping at full droop
- unless you do a full analysis, do a partial analysis, cut cautiously, and be prepared to recut.
