Hi i was putting new rings in my pistons today and i found a tiny crack in one of them. :cry: So now up for a whole new set. So where do you guys recon the best place is to get some pistons i need them to be strong and have to be 20 thou and can you guys give me some rough prices. Thanks

Most places should sell them. CHeck the ACL website might have a dealer listing. I know Repco sell them, but they're retail prices are a joke. If your not in a hurry send me a PM and I'll see what price I can do them for (but they'd be postage on top).

They would be around $1200 .. maybe less ?? But they are one of the BEST pistons you can buy... You can also use the aftermarket XR6T rod ..
Being custom they are made to fit at same price.. They run closser clearances compared to other forged pistons.. Helps ring seal etc....
The ACL race series are high compression. Unless they have specially made low comps...
The C.P's come with rings... Pick what ever compression you want...
Also fully floating pin...

Mahle pistons are up with the best. will probably use them in my new engine.

Pistons shmistons they just go up and down.
Conversely don't buy cheap ones.

Was looking in a just parts book and they are in there they say they do a kits and long and short motors for EB-AU. Good for 660kw to 1050kws :shock: sounds pritty good to me. :D
