Hi All,
Just wondering if the AU radiator header tanks are the same as the earlier EB-EL items. Thanks, Justin. |

The AU one fits on the shock tower, I have an AU one for mine I was going to fit but the requirement went away. With longer hoses (AU) and a little bit of work it should fit and it is better positioned height wise than the E series.

Thanks mate. I've got an AU I can fit it to anyway, so I think I'll just buy the correct e-series one. |

Is it possible to remove/replace the coolant level sender? I had to change the header tank on my EB but the one I got didnt have the sender and I cant get the sender out of the old tank without destroying the rubber/plastic plug.
Ended up just leaving it unplugged, but the red flashing coolant light on the dash can be irritating.

To get it into your new tank, just cut/drill a hole and silicone the thing in. You can get specific tanks to suit the sender. |
