Hey guys,
Im looking at buying a 94 XG 'S'.
One of the few problems I have found with it is that when the interior fan is turned on air only comes out through the demister vents at the windscreen regarless of where you have selected.
The air con still works s**t hot, as does the heater. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers

will be something up with the vaccume switching system, check all the hoses that go through the firewall are connected, behind the glove box and then the switch's them selves

When the motor is under load and there is a vaccum problem the heater/aircon will default to the windscreen - yes it is a vaccum problem within the dash - could be any of the controls within the dash

indeedy it is a vacuum problem.

my xh on gas was leaking from the back of the intake as each time it backfires it shoots the hose for the vents off!
