I've recently read a few posts where people want to get rid of the speed limits of their cars and others have said its not a good idea because the tail shafts werent designed above 180kph.
What exactyl do you need to do to the tailshaft to make it safe to do over 180kph? Is it as simple as getting XR gear/exchaser gear as they werent limited? How much would it be to change the tailshaft to accomodate higher speeds. (referring to racetracks not 200kph on main roads ) |

XRs dont need them. What can you do to make it withstand as good as XRs?
Probably just fit an XR tailshaft. If Ghias have XR engines then is it possible they have the XR drive gear including tailshaft? |

don't have to do much at all. just have it ballanced properly.
that mean have the useless factory weights removed and get ballanced by straightening it properly. a fully balanced shaft will have no problems at all with the speed falcons can do |
