Hi. Have looked around for a tech doc on this subject but could not find any. Have seen AU ones but I think it's different. Can anyone help ?

take out the three screws under steering colum separate the plastics, turn the wheel to 90 degrees in one either direction, undo the screw on the back of the wheel, its a T27 star bit i think.. maybe T30, turn the wheel in the other direction, undo the other one.

The airbag should come out with a small amount of effort.

Undo the plugs on the side and the airbag ones. *Note* I was told you have ot wait 10mins from disconnecting the battery before taking the airbag out.. I didn't tho..

Get a large star bit or I used a wide screwdriver bit and a ratchet to undo the bold in the centre of the steering wheel.

Now you can either get a proper steering wheel remover, or just twist and pull the wheel off. Push with your left, pull with your right, reverse. Then same again top and bottom, this will eventually loosen the wheel all the way round and will slide off, could take a while, be firm and patient..

new wheel on, cables througfh the slot, tighten bolt plug cables in, airbag in, do bolts up, put steering column back together.. make sure yuo thread the hook catches into each other, both sides. Do up the 3 screws again..

now your done

You should unplug the battery before mucking around with the airbag or you risk it going off in your face.

also there is no need to touch the plastics which cover the steering column
