Hi Green Car
To use the EL diff in an EF car you need to use the EL upper control arms. Is the car lowered? If at standard hieght the 320mm upper control arms from a GLi, Futurer or Fairmont will do and mount the arms in the front hole in the upper diff bracket. The XR has special upper control arms that are 340mm in length and have a kink in the end so they can be mounted in the rear hole in the upper diff bracket. This is done to correct the pinion angle in the lowered cars. Oh, and don't forget you have to change the speedo gear in the rear of the transmission so that your speedo will read correctly. You can get them from Ford for around $15. Cheers BenJ
