I have a question regarding XR6/XR8 brake boosters.
I've been told a good starting point to enhancing the brakes on my EA and my EF is to fit XR boosters.
Now, i've seen an EB XR booster, and it looked bigger, and is metal (as is my stocker EA unit) but, i am yet to see an EF/EL metal booster.

I guess the questions i have are:
Are EB/ED XR brake boosters a direct swap for my EA one??
And is there a difference in EF/EL XR boosters as apposed to stock??

Ive looked at an EF XR8, and, on this particular vehicle, it is still plastic, and looks no different :S:S

EF/EL are all the same.
EA-ED, the V8s and XRs get the double diaphragm booster, which as you've noticed, looks a fair bit different.
