hi guys,

the auto in my car (AUXR8) has had a problem since installing a histall TC. It does not shift down from 2nd to 1st quick enough, and there is slip for a split second. i took it back to the auto trans shop and he dropped the pan to find evidence of fine metal.

he states that the sprag, or sprig, is faulty which is causing this problem. is this true? or could he have stuffed something himself.

any advice?
