I have an EF and need a new auto gearbox. Which models will fit and work? Will EL ones work, or are the comuters all different?

EL gearbox should fit fine.

EF and EL are interchangeable (as i have been told - because i will have an EFII auto in my EL in two weeks)

The only differance that I'm aware of is:

EFI have a dipstick and EFII and EL don't.

Nice mate, good price for that many (read lack of) k's

I recommend a dedicated cooler be fitted and oil changes every 40,000kms to keep it like new. 8-)
