Rather than ebaying these, I know there are a few people into cars and electronics, so thought these might be relevant to someone.

Its a box of 12 Panasonic 6v Sealed Lead Acid batteries. They make a very handy 6v portable power source, or connect 2 up in series (or is that parallel - I can never remember) to give yourself 12 volt.

These were out of a UPS that had a low battery signal, there were 15 batteries in it, I kept 2, and there was only the one that would not hold charge (seemingy causing the low battery beeper). The rest of these were tested and all charged fine.

The box is heavy, so pickup only in Sutherland.

I know forum policy is to include a photo, but if you picture a SLA battery, these all look the same as that!

They are free as well, so no complaints from me, had I lived nearby I would have snapped these up.

Shame to take them to the tip......but I can only keep so much stuff that I'll get around to use in the future.
