Hey team, just wndering if anyone has replaced a drive pinion oil seal on a ba (or any other model for that matter, im sure they're similar)

I put synthetic oil into the diff, but didn't think about the seal, turns out that there is a specific seal for synthetic oils (V8s and Turbos have this seal)

Information im after is whether you used any special tooling, the manual has 3 specialised tools that are listed for the job, i'm pretty sure i can work my way around the job without them, but would still like opinions..
