Between 20-30 rwkw's.
I think they are around the 500 odd mark, well worth it IMO. http://www.fordforums.com.au/showthread ... wer+airbox On the 2nd page they have a 260 xr8 ute that made 27 rwkw with just an airbox.

Big question- can you shoehorn one of these into an AU? I cant see why not, they are very similar dimensions in the front...

There is a build thread on AFF about a WA guy who has fitted a S/C modular engine to his TS50. It isn't a straight bolt in deal but isn't far off.
