I fyou go to your local radiator shop, they can cross reference sizes and thicknesses of radiators out of pretty much every aus delivered, owned car.
Once you come across one that suits your needs, either buy it new from them, or get one from a wrecker. I 'd go new personally. andrew.

I have an XF radiator in my XM $120 from ford
It is a wider radiator so you will have to cut the front a bit wider but thats not hard then i went to the wreckers and picked up the 2 top radiator mounts reground the shape a bit and bolted them in so the radiator would fit i then picked up the rubber strip on the front of the XF with clips and fitted them to the top rail. Looks factory cools 100% better and all up cost about $130 and about an hour to fit. If you want i can add pictures.
