Check the part no for the XH one - I suspect it will be different, e.g. 95DA - xxxxxx.
The reason I say this is that the upper pulley on an XH tensioner sits higher, and the A/C compressor sits lower (compared to EF/EL), plus the XH belt is longer. So if the idler is not adjustable, you'll have the issue of the belt fouling the top of the EF/EL tensioner, plus the belt will not be long enough. The only way to fix this is to run an XH tensioner and XH belt. Given the availability of the bracket, It may be easier to leave the compressor in place, not connected to anything, or have a go and make your own bracket - maybe use a new upper tensioner pulley on a adjuster rail type setup, so you can set it up position wise and let the main tensioner do the rest.

its for race use so i dont really want to have the compressor on the motor, i might have a crack at making a similar one.

Do you only need the bracket or do you need the pulley aswell?
that price is expensive. you can buy just the bracket seperate for about $100
