I have damaged the woofer on my JL Audio Splits so I'm in the market for a new set. The problem is the speaker holes in the EB are 6". Not 6.5". Obviously the majority of front stages have 6.5" woofers so i'm finding it quite difficult to find something suitable. I remember having this problem when i originally purchased the JL's but not to this extent. Is there anyway to put a 6.5" woofer into the EB door?

If not does anyone have any recommendations for a 6" set of splits? Cant find any anywhere!

I have 6.5's in my front doors. It required slight massaging of the hole, carefully i tapered it in more, and made sure the contact area was still flat, and it worked like a charm.

You'd never know they where in there.
