Not a 100% sure I think the EA bellhousing has a different bolt pattern to EB upwards. More to the point though I wouldn't be puting an EA T5 behind a 5L won't last very long at all. You would be best of trying to find a T5 from a V8 and using the EA pedal box with a bit of reinforcing. I also think that the input shafts are different between the T5's from the 6's and 8's to, someone correct me if im wrong.

i have heard that there is no difference between the 6cyl t5 and the 5l t5 but also told that i have to get a windsor bellhousing, i just was'nt sure if there actualy was a difference in the internals of the box itself, people say that the box should be able to take the strain from the 5L but i would'nt have a f'ing clue!!!!

I've done it. EA T5, dellows EB V8 bellhousing and flywheel, Windsor V8 clutch and cable, lengthened imput shaft. This gearbox has sat behind a not so stock 5.0 for nearly 4 years and still going strong.

If you want to lengthen the input shaft at home, you will at the very least, need a lathe. If it is running out, you will snap it in half if it is out on concentric.
