I'm looking at putting new rims on my 2 rear wheels, to change the offset from AU onwards to pre-AU (as they're Simmons 3 peice wheels, so I can just replace the inner and outter rims and use the same spokes).
Currently they run a 255/35-R18 tyre. Is it worth altering the width to run a wider tyre (e.g. another size might be better suited for the speedo, or be more common and therefore cheaper to purchase, or the extra width may be worth the extra expense) or just continue like this?
