just in interest how many people have done the carbon fibre inserts are they any good or do they look dodgy

What ones are you on about? The stick on ones? Personally, I don't think they look that bad. but no where near as nice as the replacement carbon fibre parts that they make for the BA/F models.

yeah are u talking about real carbon or the ebay stickers?? the stickers look pox because u can tell the diff between real carbon and that stuff.
