Theres a program on the wade cams website which has specs for alot of cams, you could try

intake max lift at 114 degree
exhaust max lift at 114
intake opens 14btdc
intake closes 70abdc
exhaust opens 58bbdc

would it be worth putting an xr6 cam in my ef fairmont or would i be better off with a wade 1004 cam or something?

I wouldn't waste my time installing a xr cam if you could acquire a wade.

Agreed...I put an XR6 cam in my old engine for s**t and giggles, didn't make much of a difference at all.
