plenty of cams out there.. lumpy cam will give u more power uptop, but will make it doughy and weak down low.

mild cam will give u a better torque curve, but HP won't go up THAT much. Then again, torque is what puts you in the back of the seat.

lumpy cams also can be a pain on an auto if i am correct, so that is something to consider.

just post what you want out of the car in the sponsors section, and they will recommend a cam for your needs/wants.

"crow cams" have a few different cams for e series depending on the mods you have allready or future mods...

"lumpy" cam on a stock ecu means constant stalling auto and manual, and horrible on cold starts.

With a chipped and tuned ecu most medium sized cams will idle like stock if the tune is done right. The inline sixes need a huge cam to have a prominant "lump"

And before anyone says theyve got a lumpy cam in their I6, wait till you get it tuned properly, you'll find its not as lumpy as you thought :wink:

Have a search on cams...there are heaps of threads floating. Also there is a sticky at the top of the 6 cylinder forum...have a read through that, might give some links to point you in the right direction.

HP gains depends on current set up and other modifications. Not sure in HP terms, but in KW...you're looking from maybe 15rwkw - 50rwkws.. Too many variables to get a good estimate.

phong =P~
