I am having trouble setting my TPS on my windsor. I've got explorer manifold, 65mm throttle body with e-series twin TPS. I have followed the sticky but I can only seem to get 0.68-9v. I have elongated the holes but even when i move the TPS i still get the same reason. I have no idea what I'm doin wrong. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

where are you reading the voltage from?

I take it yours is an auto with the twin TPS.
Make sure your reading the correct TPS and using the correct coloured wires. It drove me insane not being able to get the right voltage but I was using the wrong coloured wires. |

Make sure you are checking between the green and black wires. 0.9v is about where you want it so you might have to take the holes out abit further.

Yer Nah i checked I was using the correct wires a hundred times (didn't wanna ask the question on here to then realise i was using the wrong wires). Thing that I don't get is i undo one screw (take it out) and turn the TPS and the voltage doesn't change?

You'll probably findyou dont have the blade sitting into the TPS properly. You have to sort of put it on on an angle and turn it abit then put the screws in. You'll know you've got it right coz you'll set it at .98v then turn the throttle to WOT and it should show around about 5v. Jeff

the blade also has to be filed down a touch too if you're using au t/b.
