im using 15 amp wire with rings on the end as the switch im using has screws on the tabs and those joiner thing's that are white with two screws to join the wire to the resistors no soldering

i installed my shift kit to day it went in limp mode the first few times only coz my box is f**k but after it got out of limp mode it worked pretty well no chirping though but you can hear the tyre spin a tiney bit
i though the shift kit was going to make the car sound realy unhealthy but the gear changes are good noce and fim and it doesnt sound liek theres any harm in changing the gears

wont matter what wattage resistors you use, all that changes is the physical size and the tolerance
trust me was at Jaycar for 10 years! |
