I Found one of those MOMO wheels that are in the TE50's and i wouldn't mind one in my car, how hard / expensive is it to replace the old one because of the air bag, the cruise control and audio buttons onit?

any advice would be appreciated!

Cheers.

putting it in is a piece of piss.

take out the air bag fuse and give it some time to discharge. i have heard two minutes, 30 minutes and 45 minutes. so take your pick!

pop the little covers off the back of the hub, and then undo the two 10mm bolts in behind there.

hell, i just remembered, there is a doco on this. the au uses the same wheel as the EF, so just look there.

here is a pic of the one i have in mine

ohh f**k yeah its worth it. it is so much more comfortable to drive with, you'll never go back to a plain wheel again after it!!

although, maybe not worth what that guy wants for it

http://www.autotek.com.au/cart/cart_pro ... tek&mid=24

these guys are the suppliers of brand new gear in aus. everyone on ebay is more expensive than these guys.

Wooden would look real nice in my car, but at that price, I'd rather buy something to help it go vroom, vroom.
